We were very fortunate to have Robyn Moller of Blend Business Support manage the transition of our Accounting & Winemaking system across from MYOB to XERO / Vinsight. We appointed Robyn in October 2020 when we signed up with the Vinsight wine making software.  Robyn assisted in the conversion from MYOB to Xero as well as the integration with Vinsight.  Robyn’s knowledge of Vinsight and accounting programs is fantastic and we wouldn’t have been able to convert to Vinsight and Xero without her assistance and expertise.  Highly recommend to anyone, especially in the wine industry!  The fact we can communicate remotely has been of benefit also!  Thank you so much Robyn!

Robyn has worked for Crittenden Estate over a considerable length of time and in various capacities.

She first came to us in 1996 to gain experience in the wider hospitality industry, in particular the then emerging and somewhat unchartered territory of a family owned vineyard and winemaking enterprise.

Robyn soon found her groove and was quick to develop and streamline improvements to the accounting methods employed by the fourteen year-old family business. She not only oversaw all of the complex and sometimes cumbersome day to day tasks but implemented the installation of a fully integrated computerised accounting package. Furthermore, she had a keen eye for other peripheral improvements when it came to operating a cellar door restaurant that operated 7 days a week and 363 days a year with its attendant management issues.

Robyn then returned to Queensland where she has had a major role to play in a number of other hospitality associated businesses.

In 2018 Robyn commenced a business advisory company Blend Business Support and we yet again enthusiastically engaged her to oversee our transition from the MYOB accounting system across to Vinsight and Zero which with her help was seamless. We continue to use her skills and deep knowledge of the wine making and grape growing industries and in particular her knowledge of integrated budgets in the fields of agriculture [ grape-growing ], manufacturing [ winemaking ] and retailing [ cellar door sales ] She has played a major role in seeing our business grow to the success it enjoys today.
